About Alin Merlan

Tech savvy commercial professional with a builder mindset, a love for technology, and an empathy first approach. I genuinely love people, and I care about how change lands for the people behind the processes. UiPath gives enterprises the AI arsenal they need to modernize work through automation. In my role, I help teams scale operations with intelligent automation and support C suite leaders as they navigate AI by turning ambition into practical workflows and measurable priorities. I support local markets across Denmark, Norway, and the Baltics, collaborating closely with account teams and the Nordic partner ecosystem to create the right conversations and build momentum across the region. For large enterprises, I focus on what makes adoption work at scale: governance, trust, risk management, validation, plus data quality and access management. For smaller organizations, I help guide the first steps of their automation journey, finding a practical starting point and a clear path to scale. I was also part of a global ABM team focused on the oil and gas sector. In parallel, across my territory work, I run events invitations and follow ups end to end, from identifying the right people to target, to outreach, invitations structure, and follow ups that keep engagement moving. In every role, I tend to be the person who masters the tools fast and helps the team use them well, enabling better execution, smoother collaboration, and more consistent outcomes.
