About Alin Subba

I am currently the Head of German Deposit Sales at FCM Bank. With over 6 years of experience in banking. I have developed a strong foundation in various senior fields such as management, debt collection, customer service, deposit sales and team management. My journey in the banking industry has been both dynamic and rewarding, and I have had the opportunity to work with German professionals in Malta for the past 11 years, which has enriched my cross-cultural and professional expertise. Beyond my professional experience, I have a deep interest in Sustainable Finance, Personal Finance, and Investment Strategies, areas where I actively engage to further expand my knowledge and stay updated with industry trends. I am particularly passionate about how the finance sector can adapt to and lead in sustainability efforts while promoting responsible investment strategies. In addition to my career, I have a keen interest in Anti-money Laundering (AML) and Compliance, which led me to pursue an Undergraduate Diploma in Anti-money Laundering and Compliance in 2023. This academic pursuit is driven by my fascination with the mechanisms of financial crime prevention and my commitment to understanding the evolving regulatory landscape. I am excited to continue growing within the banking sector and contributing to innovative solutions in deposit sales, financial management, and compliance.
