About Alina Busch

Are you passionate about empowering Women in Tech, creating meaningful impact, or shaping the future of tomorrow? Let’s connect and make a difference together! As someone who’s navigated the challenges of becoming a Woman in Tech, I know firsthand how powerful community, mentorship and opportunity can be to be able to follow through. That’s why I’m deeply committed to supporting and amplifying female voices. Professionally, I work at Accenture as a Workday Consultant, where I combine technical skills and strategic thinking to help clients optimize their HR systems. Beyond core consulting, I’m part of a passionate internal team that builds custom solutions using Workday Extend, where we always look for smart ways to deliver more value. My curiosity drives me. I’m always eager to learn about new technology and sustainability topics, where I see potential to solve real-world problems. And when I’m not knee-deep in presentations, code or collaborating with clients? I’m probably out for a walk with my dog, clearing my head and recharging in nature. Whether you're into Women in Tech, Data, AI, Sustainability or just good conversation, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to hear from you and create impact with you!
