About Alina Criveanu

I started playing in Photoshop as a joke more than ten years ago, thought it was fun so I investigated what more I can do with this new toy, this is how I found out that I can do something that I love as a job and so I got into web design, ui and ux design, html, css, jQuery and many more with still more to discover. My first real job was an economist at a state company, didn't really liked it there so I decided to try freelancing as a web designer on one of the more popular freelancing websites. For 6 years I had the chance to work on a variety of projects with or for people from all around the world. For the past 3 years I have been working in the acquisition department alongside the media buyers meeting the needs of our partners and clients, creating and updating landing pages, managing the download flow and tracking the users behavior. I have been a web designer for more than 9 years now, and I still love it. The variety and constant evolution within this field it’s great for keeping my brain from getting bored. It is simply never enough! The temptation to do more and more in terms of quality, creativity and functionality just never stops. I studied economy in school, UI design, UX design and front-end development from online tutorials, photography from night courses, gained experience from my previous and current jobs, seeking growth and new challenges from my future jobs.
