About Alina Gartner

Business has always been a big part of my life. I grew up in an entrepreneurial family where I've been around my family business since a young age. I am interested in learning about every role in developing a business. I believe that everything in life is earned and having personal connections with people can take you far. I graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth last May 2022 with a degree in Management and a minor in Marketing. Since college, I have been working part time for Bright Box Labs and Leenies Foods as a Social Media Manager and Customer Service Associate. I help manage customer service websites, create engaging content for social media, manage e-commerce websites, and connect with influencers to generate UGC. I have recently started free lancing for a new start up business called HEDi-GEAR! It is important to me to gain as much knowledge as I can in the Marketing industry in order to help drive businesses revenue. Through both my jobs, I have learned a lot about working with a team. I am able to successfully communicate and collaborate with my coworkers on projects. This has allowed me to be confident in my ideas and what I have to offer. Working part time at small businesses, I have also learned how to be adaptable with any task my employer gives me. I am able to learn multiple aspects of business and see just how important every role is to the company.
