Background

About Aline Brito

I’m passionate about designing and executing ideas with creativity and precision, crafting memorable experiences that make people feel welcomed, inspired, and connected. Over 14 years, I’ve supported diverse, multilingual teams in delivering high-quality results across the project lifecycle, consistently meeting scope, requirements, budgets, and deadlines. I’ve built my career across Brazil and Canada, and my global perspective grew while living in New York, where I immersed myself in the art and creative scene. This experience enables me to connect with different cultures, adapt to diverse teams, and foster inclusive workplaces. My career began in IT Quality Assurance (QA) and Agile project management, where I developed expertise in structure, strategy, and continuous improvement. Now based in Brazil after 13 years abroad, I’ve strategically transitioned my expertise in structure, strategy, and continuous improvement to event production and experience design, creating memorable, inclusive experiences that celebrate culture and collaboration. I am fluent in Portuguese, French, and English and hold a certificate in Event Marketing Management. I thrive in environments that value inclusion, diversity, sustainability, and creativity.
