About Aline Gengenbach

Driven by my passion for marketing, I am currently working as a Junior Brand Manager, independently managing six international brands across the Confectionery, Ice Cream, and Snacks categories. I lead product launches, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders, and implement strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive growth. Previously, I interned at Beiersdorf, supporting Eucerin with market analyses and developing insight-driven marketing activities. Before that, I gained valuable experience in the FMCG sector through an internship at Nestlé Deutschland AG, where I supported the brand management of Nescafé and Starbucks by Nespresso. In addition, I gained hands-on marketing experience in a startup environment at Glambou GmbH (Ohh Luilu) and worked for over three years as a working student in digital marketing at Axonic Informationssysteme GmbH. With a double master’s degree and international experience in France, Colombia, and the UK, I bring a global perspective, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on mindset. I am eager to continue refining my expertise across the full marketing mix as I pursue a long-term career in marketing.
