About Aline Moreth

My biggest strength is quickly seeing abilities, skills and gifts that people do not even realize they have. My most excellent satisfaction comes from helping individuals to discover and develop these abilities and seeing them set sail with enthusiasm and confidence toward a future filled with peace, joy, gratitude and success beyond their dreams. My professional career is highlighted by over seven years of experience in the hospitality industry. I had the pleasure of working as an International Flight Attendant for the biggest airline company in South America - Latam Airlines. My career allowed me to visit Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela. My family and I moved to Canada in 2016, and I had to start my career again. During this time, I've accomplished the following projects: Completion of the Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management at Fanshawe College. I received one Dean's Honour Roll Award due to achieving a GPA of 4.06 (2022 Fall term). Completion of English for Academic Purposes Certificate at Fanshawe College. I received two Dean's Honour Roll Awards due to achieving a GPA of 4.05 (2022 Winter and Summer terms). Completion of Postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. I achieved a final grade of 9.7 out of 10. Member Board of Directors at Heart Links. I've been involved in the Human Resources committee. My duties include reviewing policies (e.g. human rights, harassment, bullying, health and safety, and well-being). Worked in the hospitality industry (Voyago Ontario's Mobility Brand and Tim Hortons) and clothing manufacturing (AGO Industries) to support my family. My diverse professional background has exposed me to the dynamic worlds of both Human Resources and Business Administration. Working with people excites me, and I enjoy using my organizational skills to bring ideas to life. I'm a problem-solver and team worker, eager to learn and adapt to new environments. I grew up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil but London, Ontario, is my current home. I'm looking for opportunities to invest in the people side of the business and look forward to connecting with you.
