I have over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, specializing in leadership and strategic development for luxury hotels, casinos, resorts, and residences within both international and Brazilian hotel chains. As a sales leader, my primary objective is to maximize return on investment for owners and brands by driving effective, results-oriented strategies. My approach is guided by ethics, strategic planning, and loyalty, always ensuring that our initiatives meet or exceed customer expectations. I have extensive expertise in hotel openings, leading the implementation of sales, reservations, and events departments from the pre-opening phase. Some key projects include Conrad Resort & Casino Punta del Este, Hilton São Paulo Morumbi (where I was responsible for the National Sales Office covering Hilton São Paulo, Belém, and Contagem), as well as Caesar Park & Business Faria Lima and Caesar Business Paulista (Posadas de México).
