About Aline Youssef

I am a Behavioral Therapist at Lizard Centre, where I provide evidence-based interventions to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays. I work with a multidisciplinary team to help clients achieve their developmental goals. I also collaborate with families and educators to ensure the continuity and generalization of skills across settings. In addition to my current role, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology at RMIT University, where I am learning about the theories and applications of human behavior, cognition, and emotion. I have completed a certification in Emotional Intelligence, which has enhanced my interpersonal communication and self-awareness skills. I have a particular interest and passion for project management roles, which provide creative and challenging work opportunities. I am eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges within the workplace to further develop my professional and personal growth.
