I've demonstrated proficiency in planning and executing large-scale events both in Russia and Europe, handling budgets ranging from to 1.5 Million Euros, and coordinating international teams effectively. My track record includes high-level sales, crisis management, intricate logistics, and the unspoken code and etiquette of VIP reception, enabling me to adeptly navigate rapidly changing conditions and manage conflicting interests. To date, I have successfully delivered over 700 projects and events and have established exclusive contracts with globally-renowned artists for tours and representation in Russia. As the founder of Alchemia Group, I ventured into the realms of culture and education, where I produced online courses and developed experts in psychology, healthcare, preventive medicine, and functional medicine. This initiative allowed me to diversify my skills further into content creation and educational program management.
