About Alisa Jenkins

I'm a results driven strategic leader with hands on experience in multi-unit management for fine dining and casual fine dining restaurants. I have been recognized and awarded for my contributions and commitment to company standards both operationally and in administrative capacities. I've completed several leadership, communication and empowerment training courses with Landmark Worldwide based in San Francisco. I was also recruited to be a coach in a four month long program focused on self expression, leadership and project managment. This training combined with my extensive experience has made me an unstoppable force in inspiring people to reach their full potential resulting in a higher level of performance and increased profitability. My story began as a young girl spending summers in San Diego cooking with my Grandmother. When I think of my earliest memories of food, the first word that comes to mind is “Pomegranate”. I've had it every which way you could imagine. My connection with food led me to work in a small Greek deli on the weekends in high school. The rest is history.
