About Alisa Willis

I have demonstrated experience in leadership, management, operations, development and evaluation of initiatives, policies and systems across the human services sector in a way that prioritizes improved outcomes for children and their families. I have a rich career history, having delivered social work programs locally and overseas in child protection, out-of-home care, early intervention, and street-based services. My roles have included volunteering, social work service delivery, policy development, senior management and research in both government and non-government organizations. My career objective is to be at the forefront of evidence-based program development, implementation and evaluation that improves the lives of children, young people and their families across South Australia. Most of all, I love what I do and love inspiring others to feel supported and engaged in this important work.
