About Alisha Duncan

My experience has found me working in home settings, office environments, formal affairs, 1500 feet below ground, and trekking across construction sites delivering needed information or looking for a signature. I enjoy diversity, and I am excellent in my due diligence performing tasks. Beyond my character, I am also an expert in office administration. I have acquired over 25 years of customer service experience, and I have 'hit the ground running' experience with the initial opening of 3 different locations: a nonprofit mental health center, TVA Rogersville rebuild, and a hard rock mining facility. I hope to acheive a position which encorporates my administrative, human resource, customer service, and supervisory experience. With my degree and training, I have only exemplified my ability to work with consumers or employees. I am specifically trained in scheduling (via electronic medical records), SAP (including database information updates and logistical support), payroll, accounts' receivable, and I have found a very valuable "knack" for technical issues involving computer software and hardware. I can multitask creating solutions to daily operations, while resolving "at that moment" or "forthcoming" emergencies. While my background is varied, I am a "fast learner"; will often "swim" not "sink"; and I am open to new opportunities. I thrive on change and success, and I am willing to work harder and with more passion to acheive long term results.
