Communication, creativity, collaboration, and community are the values I apply to all projects. As a Senior Editor at S&P Global Ratings, I team with analysts to produce credit assessment reports on companies, financial institutions, and governments. Factual and grammatical accuracy, as well as adherence to our style guide, are essential to my job. I love turning data and research into compelling stories that analysts are proud to put their name on. Coaching is a big part of how I operate. I learned to action and articulate my values in a way that enables me to live authentically, and I am passionate about accompanying others on their own change journeys. I employ coaching techniques to best capture an analyst's vision and voice for stronger thought-leadership articles. In 2021, I formalized this approach under a writing coaching framework for a company-wide talent development program.
