Hello! My name is Alisha, I am the Co-Founder and Lead Counsellor of Building You Counselling and Therapeutic Services. I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor living in southern Alberta. My professional experience includes individual and couples counselling, as well as supporting parents of children with complex needs. I have worked with non-profit organizations for the past 8 years in Calgary and Airdrie, Alberta, which has shaped my passion for supporting others and given me a wide range of professional experience. I provide trauma informed, inclusive, person centred, online counselling services to address a range of concerns. In my practice I strive to create a safe space for my clients to explore their concerns with compassion and acceptance.
