About Alisha Maini

Experienced. Benevolent. Proficient. My last working experience was with KPMG India in Transfer Pricing. Before that I was working in Taxation and Regulatory Consulting Department in SannamS4 to modulate tax compliances and advise on taxation matters. Part and parcel of my job includes all areas of Indirect & Direct Tax - be it GST, Transfer Pricing, etc. I ensure to undertake my job with analytical skills and smooth flow of communication between clients and our team. I believe in culture of mutual trust and transparency in work environment. And do not appreciate and favor pushy people at workplace. Ascribing to my former experiences, I have practical knowledge and exposure of Internal Financial Control (IFC) and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (IFCR). I have lead teams for IFC implementation and review of many renowned clients and some of my clients include - Clarks Future Footwear Pvt Ltd and NHPC.
