About Alisha Slough

I was born in Rochdale but moved around until finally settling down in my late teens in Glossop. I am a daughter, a granddaughter, a sister, a partner and a full-time dog mum. So far, I have been to 18 countries and plan on going to many more. On Tuesdays I play netball for a local team in Oldham - Manchester North end Rebels as a goalkeeper. Currently I am working towards the goal of getting High Peak Steels to be known as the UK's leading supplier of bright and black, carbon and alloy engineering steel bar. I love my job! I am lucky enough to have a team that feel more like a family (a dysfunctional one at times but still love them all) I get to talk to lots of different people every day and sometimes get to meet them too. With the marketing side of my job, I am able to be creative and have fun in my role. I don't like pushy people, if you treat me with respect, I will treat you with respect. Countries I have been to: New Zealand, India, Ibiza, Italy, Vatican City, Scotland, Wales, Greece, Cyprus, France, Spain, Fuerteventura, Egypt, Dubai, Tunisia, America, Portugal, Cuba & Holland.
