Hello, I’m Alisha. A brand strategist on paper, creative thinker at heart. I’m a curious, collaborative and thrive in that space between big-picture thinking and hands-on doing. I’m known for asking the right questions — the kind that challenge assumptions, sharpen the brief, and unlock unexpected creative angles. I’ve spent years shaping ideas into identities, helping brands find their voice, and making sure the visuals speak just as loudly as the words. My background spans copywriting, brand strategy, and I love working at the intersection of strategy and storytelling. In my current role at ed-tech industry leader Twinkl, I’ve helped build brands from the ground up for audiences around the world — from launching a product for parents in the US, to making sure the tone of voice doesn’t get lost in translation in the Philippines. It’s part strategy, part storytelling, and part “how do we make this actually work?”. I know how to turn insight into direction and get stakeholders genuinely excited about where a project is going. But strategy isn’t just what I do at work, it’s how I think! I run a creative business on the side, designing websites and running social media accounts for clients from gen-z fitness studios to solicitor firms. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me walking my miniature dachshunds in the Peaks, going for a run, sitting in an aerial hoop or rearranging my bookshelf by colour.
