Management style: Before I introduce myself I want to start with something I enforce as a manager; which is employee empowerment. My experience and studies has shown that employee empowerment is the key to profitability and success as you employees will enjoy their position and duties. I’m a very intellectual and results driven with 15 years of enhanced experienced within the following areas: Financial Analysis and Auditing, Default Mortgages, Insurance Claims and Management with vast experience with all-lines insurance such as (Homeowner’s and Commercial property claims, General liability, Reviewing and calculating liability for Bodily Injury, and Professional Liability). Alongside the following areas I have succeeded company expectations in the following: customer service and production control, time management, executive and managerial leadership, decision making, ability to exceed and accomplish task independently, analytical skills, progressive experience in written communications; such as denials and coverage letters. Strong reputation of integrity, dependability, and accountability within a team oriented environment In my previous and present positions, as a management trainee, manager, compliance/auditor and claims/legal supervisor; I have been responsible for negotiation, analyzing policies, mentoring and motivating staff, coaching, supervising daily activities and others, analyzing financial data, mortgage and compliance review, short sales, foreclosures, collections, real estate owned properties, time management, following best practices and audit guidelines, operational and financial internal audits, and also reporting data to upper management for financial decisions. Experience in identifying and tracking key metrics across various initiatives to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Enhanced experience in developing strategies while managing large transformation efforts to enable cost savings in departments such as underwriting and claims.
