About Alisia Walker

With a passion for people, I excel in any team setting. A natural leader who is skilled in conflict resolution, organization, and interpersonal communication, I make myself an asset wherever necessary. I have recently graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. With such a diverse student population, I am able to draw upon my own multicultural background to foster connections with those around me. I am fluent in German and developing my skills in Spanish. My drive, dedication, and attention to detail allowed to me succeed within the Product Excellence Team at LEGOLAND Florida Resort. I was also offered the opportunity to be a part of the Grand Opening Team of the Beach Retreat Hotel as a Front Desk Lead, where I continued to develop and refine my leadership and team management skills. I also created a one of a kind internship as part of the Rooms Division Team for the Beach Retreat. As a Community Assistant for American Campus Communities, I help to generate revenue through leasing contracts, while managing daily life for residents within our community. I believe knowledge and passion are our most valuable assets, and I intend to enhance those with every opportunity I am presented with.
