About Alison Arruda

As a senior manager of apparel costing at Reebok, I have over seven years of experience in providing on-demand daily costing support to cross-functional teams, reporting on margins, shortfalls, FOBs, and other financial metrics. I have also contributed to the creation of two PLM portals, providing insight and expertise to create the optimal format for E2E product creation, including complex BOM, pattern, marketing, and costing details. I have trained more than 50 employees on each system and assisted in troubleshooting issues in conjunction with our DevOps team. In addition, I have functioned as an extended product developer, providing predictive costing, timeline execution, sample feedback, and other organizational functions as needed. I have strong experience in apparel and small accessories construction, leather/MMF, materials management, product engineering and development, global sourcing, and allocation and scheduling. I have also obtained certifications in unconscious bias and overcoming cognitive bias, which reflect my values of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
