Hey, I'm Ali :) I'm a Youth Empowerment Coach + Mentor for Tweens and Teens focusing on helping them realise how amazing they are right now! Specialising in Self Love & Self Care, Confidence & Self Esteem, Anxiety & Stress and Body Image. Located in Perth WA. I'm passionate about helping young people 'fill up their cup' and EMBRACE being their unique beautiful self and know that their magic lies in their differences. I have experience working with both younger kids and older teens and bring a calming, fun and supportive energy to all my workshops and trainings, making sure each student feels comfortable and confident to be themselves and participant in group activities. I’ve worked in after school programs, in school programs and even a youth detention centre program. These programs are created to have lasting positive impact on these young people's lives for years to come and overall celebrate the person they are and the beauty of their uniqueness. More resilience, empowerment, individuality and self love. I am also an accredited Youth Mental Health First Aider and First Aider. When I’m not living my passion and creating things for Energised Minds, you’ll most likely find me out in the garden being the ‘Jimima’ to my partners Jim’s Mowing business, exploring a new hiking trail with my bestie and my pupper, at my favourite place – the beach or getting messy with paint or clay!
