As a certified Corporate Social Responsibility professional (CSRP) with over 15 years of cross-industry experience, I’m passionate about creating meaningful social impact through strategic business and community initiatives. My journey began with the Peace Corps, where I developed a commitment to community development, and continued with more than a decade at IBM, leading initiatives in CSR, diversity & inclusion, and talent development. Currently, as a CSR Fellow with West Monroe through the U.S. Department of Defense’s Military Spouse Career Accelerator Pilot (MSCAP), I’m deepening my expertise in social impact, focusing on projects that promote sustainable business practices and positive societal change.
