I am an experienced project manager and social media expert, currently working at ERM-Shelton Group. Additionally, I have over 10 years of experience in leadership, confidence building, and development through my roles in higher education. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with excellence.I am passionate about building strong relationships with my clients and team members and pride myself on being an excellent communicator and collaborator. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow. On top of my role as a project manager, I speak at colleges and universities to students on leadership development, and how to grow confidence and self worth. As an award-winning higher educational professional in leadership development I have fine tuned my skills to help students on programming boards, student governments, greek life and more learn the tools they need to succeed on a team through their own personal leadership journey.
