About Alison Fox

I am a Chartered Psychologist and senior member of the Kade Consultancy team and have responsibilities within the operational management of the consultancy. I specialise in workplace assessments, workplace wellbeing and designing and delivering training. I work with a range of clients and work both within educational institutions and public sector organisations. I obtained managerial experience from a young age while completing my BSc in Psychology and MSc in Occupational Psychology. Following my degree, I spent time working with young individuals in an educational setting and I am passionate about supporting and developing people in the workplace. I have been involved in a range of projects including: job analysis and design of competency frameworks, assessment and development of work teams, validation and evaluation of assessment processes and delivering awareness training involving communication styles and understanding others. I am also a highly experienced assessor of adults with Specific Learning Difficulties and hence am well placed to understand the difficulties faced by those who have disabilities such as Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Autism and ADD/ADHD. She works with individuals to help them understand their strengths and difficulties to develop strategies which drive their performance and increase their capabilities. I am a member of the British Psychological Society and Division of Occupational Psychology. I am qualified in Occupational Testing: Ability and Occupational Testing: Personality. I am always striving to seek opportunities for personal and career development and enjoy adding knowledge and skills to my ‘toolkit’. I am highly motivated by my current working environment and am continually inspired by others within the team.
