Throughout my cross-functional leadership career, I've optimized and driven a consistent approach in providing financial, business and commercial management for multimillion-dollar, infrastructure projects in the construction industry, working with both public and private sector clients. Contract models include CMAR, design build, cost reimbursable, bid build and P3 design-build-finance-maintain. With expertise in tracking budgets, costs and variances, combining distinctive strengths in negotiating change orders to include pricing and schedule implications, I've facilitated significant revenue and margin growth. My ability to synthesize and aggregate vast amounts of information, assess multiple groups and identify root causes of issues has allowed me to quickly gain a solid understanding of systems and reports with the aim to improve support, controls and processes. By providing effective project support, managing cost and schedule changes, improving processes, integrating systems and developing teams, I've successfully ensured the achievement of operational objectives of multiple mega projects. Working alongside project managers and collaborating key stakeholders, my oversight has included all project controls, internal financials and reporting, compliance, negotiations, pricing, project scoping, scheduling, staffing, change management, risk mitigation and other contractual matters.
