About Alison Goepfert

I believe Finance creates its greatest impact when it helps people make better decisions — not just by reporting the numbers, but by shaping the story behind them. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside senior and executive leaders across diverse industries — from the precision of professional services, to the pace of retail, and now the purpose-driven world of metal recycling. Each environment has reinforced my belief that great Finance blends commercial acumen, strategic partnership, and human understanding. Today, my focus is on translating complexity into clarity — helping the business connect financial performance with purpose and long-term value. I work closely with operational and executive teams to align data with direction, simplify decision-making, and drive continuous improvement. Lean Six Sigma certified (Green & Yellow Belt) and bilingual in French and English, I’m passionate about building bridges between Finance and the business — ensuring every conversation leads to insight, action, and impact.
