About Alison Griffiths

I work with leaders to build trust-first cultures - because trust is the foundation of every human relationship. In workplaces where trust is strong, people step forward, not back. They take accountability, support one another, speak with honesty and lead with empathy. They don’t stay stuck in judgement or fear. They grow. When leaders cultivate trust without judgement, they unlock something powerful: the conditions for resilience, creativity, psychological safety and performance to thrive. That kind of leadership changes everything – for people, teams, and organisations. My work supports leaders and teams to recode how they show up and connect. I focus on trust-based leadership development, cultural transformation, and navigating change in a way that feels human, not forced. The approach is practical, reflective, and designed to create meaningful, lasting change.Alongside this, I bring years of experience in designing and delivering high-impact leadership training – whether through in-person workshops, engaging webinars, or focused forums. I love helping leaders grow in confidence and capability through learning that sticks and sparks real behaviour change. My work is grounded in a philosophy of intentional disruption – gently challenging outdated habits and creating space for something better to emerge.
