As the Employee Experience Coordinator at WSP, one of the world's leading engineering consulting firms, I play a pivotal role in shaping the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our commitment to a culture of excellence, wellness, and growth. In my previous role as a Recruitment Specialist at Canadian Executive Search Group, I specialized in the automotive industry and completed each stage of the recruitment cycle, from the vacancy intake and sourcing of candidates to the extension of a job offer and the onboarding of a new hire.
