About Alison Lambert
Growing up with a sister with disabilities shaped my perspective on the world and profoundly influenced my career path. From a young age, I found joy in working with her and quickly became aware of the unique challenges people with disabilities face. My sister’s complex experience navigating the healthcare system opened my eyes to how much people are held back by barriers in care. Those early experiences instilled a deep desire to help others overcome obstacles, driven by empathy and a commitment to fostering strong relationships. In my current role, I strive to go above and beyond—whether it’s advocating for patients, working with my team to ensure everyone is on the same page, or having difficult but necessary conversations to educate and support those I work with. My ability to listen, empathize, and proactively identify pain points allows me to create positive outcomes, even in challenging situations. A nurse at the hospital where I work recently said, “You raise the bar for all DME companies,” something I’m incredibly proud of. Building connections has always been at the heart of my work. Developing relationships can be intimidating, just like facing the unknowns of working with people with disabilities. But I’ve learned that at the end of the day, everyone wants to feel supported, understood, and confident that someone has their back. I approach every client interaction with that mindset, investing time in understanding their daily struggles to better serve them. Some of my key accomplishments include: Achieved top-five status for sales and revenue growth in 2023 through strategic market engagement and client relationship management Effectively managing a caseload of 75 customers, fostering strong relationships with over 50 key referral sources to drive client satisfaction and retention One of the most rewarding experiences of my career was running a food delivery program—seeing it through from start to finish brought me immense joy. Now, whether I’m ensuring a new patient’s care is covered by insurance or simply checking in on a case manager and their workload, I approach each task with the same dedication to connection and follow-through.
