Do you ever wonder how great leaders seem to do everything well and look good doing it? Easy, it's because they have someone like me. I am the one who is writing those reports, sending all of those emails, and organizing that killer event. I am the sober second thought and the trusted confidant. No need to check if every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed - I already did it. I do everything that I can for that great leader so they can do what they were hired to do - lead. For fun I like to read and write corporate by-laws and policies - seriously. I organize pretty much everything there is to organize for the Halifax Regional Library Board of Directors. Specialities: communications, public relations, governance, strategic plan development and implementation, policy development, organization, leadership, taking care of the details.
