I am an executive coach and consultant specialising in leadership and organisational development, as well as inclusive talent management. I am dedicated in using my coaching skills to create inclusive and safe spaces, which enable my clients to understand their challenges; gain clarity and make meaningful changes to achieve desired outcomes. I have global & cross-cultural experience, built through over 20 years of work experience with organisations in Europe; North/South America & Africa; with multiple-sector experience including professional services, law, media and civil service. I draw upon my global & cross- cultural experience in my work with organisations helping them to build inclusive workplaces and have therefore worked on multiple diversity and inclusion projects, bringing depth and nuance to my work in racial and gender equity in organisations.
