I am a very focused and dedicated, loyal team player who has worked in the financial industry for 38 years. I work both in branch where I meet and interview customers face to face, and as part of a Call Centre working from home 2 days a week. My goal is to give our customers a streamlined customer experience, treating every one as an individual each with different needs to be met. I work to identify these needs and any vulnerabilities and treat each customer respectfully in the same way in which I would want to be treated myself. I have a range of skills that would be beneficial to any clerical/administration job. key skills are accuracy, cash handling, accounting, handling customer complaints, resolving Telephony complex queries, adhering to data protection and customer confidentiality, written communication, prioritising workloads, team player.My personal life I try to keep simple and quiet, liking nothing more than to spend it with family and my pets.
