I have 23 years experience as a successful technical writer, information developer, editor, and project manager with Infor, a global enterprise software company, specializing in industry focused cloud solutions. During my time at Infor I worked on numerous products covering reporting, order fulfillment, and financials, using a variety of development tools such as Dita CCMS, Citrix, MS Office, VBA, XML, HTML, Xmetal, RoboHelp, Adobe etc. I worked with subject matter experts, business analysts, linguists, project managers, and development teams across the world to produce high quality Help suites, installation guides, implementation guides, and other customer documentation. My strengths are in writing well structured, informative content which interprets technical packages for end users and implementation consultants. In order to achieve this, my approach is to use and test the software, and communicate with development teams to drill down into the detail of the functionality. I have excellent communication and time management skills, meaning that my projects are completed to a highly professional level, and always on time.
