Why am I a good fit? I have strong communication skills and good insight into people. I’m committed to positive and fulfilling relationships with those around me making me a valuable member of a team. I perform well when taking control of projects I can put my heart into and exercise my creativity. I am strongly pulled to fulfilling work with deeper meaning and significance. One supportive of change and growth for success. Nurturing of individual minds and creative thinking processes. While I can work well with others, I thrive in a private, tidy environment and non-competitive atmosphere allowing my creativity and ingenuity to flow with flexible structure and work-life balance as a burnt out mind cannot be an inspired mind. I seek to have honesty and respect among all relationships and am highly sensitive to the needs and emotions of others. I am typically calm, easygoing, pleasant and open minded but can be assertive when my personal values are challenged. My optimal work environment has little conflict or discord among a close team of colleagues and allows for interpersonal contact with other creative and caring individuals. It gives ample time and control to add depth to ideas. Time to help others improve and reach their full potential helps build on my job satisfaction and confidence. In positions of authority, I provide a safe, supportive presence. I encourage personal and professional development as well as encourage freedom for workers to share their opinions and ideas. I strongly believe it is vital for employees to feel empowered to think and speak freely about their ideas and challenges and have their great ideas implemented that improve challenges for everyone involved.
