As a certified clinical hypnotherapist, an IIN-accredited health coach and sought-after speaker, I offer my clients the tools and techniques to develop resilience through self-understanding. This unique approach combines the diverse elements of my training to release blocks and help you connect to the truth of yourself. I’m especially keen to help students, parents and educators. It’s never been more important to equip our young people for the challenging world they are entering into. With a range of techniques, such as meditation, breathwork, mindfulness and EFT/tapping, they can become emotionally and mentally resilient, ready to take on whatever challenges life offers up. Another major focus is helping clients to work through trauma using the BLAST technique. The helps your memory access the left, logical side of the brain, so that your mind no longer reacts as if there is still an immediate threat. Afterwards, clients often report feeling like observers on the outside of the incident, rather than the victim at its centre. I strongly believe that the best gift we can offer ourselves is to look after our bodies and minds, healing our heads and our hearts.
