About Alison Millar

I am a Product Manager, Team Leader and User Researcher with over 20 years’ experience researching and developing digital and print products across Ed-tech, Publishing, Global Education and consumer-facing websites. I am a creative, results-oriented leader, able to plan and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies to define product vision and creative direction, and deliver tested products that meet business and users’ needs. I am ‘customer-obsessed’, meaning I never forget who we are building these products for. I have direct experience of engaging C-suite stakeholders, directors, and engineering teams, and collaborating with UX, Marketing, and Content to create insight-driven products. I have led the creation of some of the most successful digital products for global education giants such as: Pearson Education, Macmillan Education, and Oxford University Press.
