Background

About Alison Osullivan

I have worked in healthcare for 25 years. In this time positions have included: Occupational Therapist, Project lead, Manager and Staff Wellbeing Coordinator. Throughout this time I have developed strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills and had experience across a variety of stakeholder groups/sectors. I was a member of the healthcare worker wellbeing centre advisory group at Safer Care Victoria - providing leadership and expert support to healthcare worker strategic improvement strategies, for a two year period. Given my health knowledge I have transitioned into the very important Wellbeing sector. I completed additional specialised study in health coaching, nutrition and mindfulness leadership. These skills are all invaluable to be able to continue to provide evidence based, bespoke Health and Wellbeing support. I am also currently supporting senior high school students in the area of Wellbeing and am passionate about proactive wellbeing support.
