Hi there! My name is Alison, and I am currently working as a Territory Operations Specialist at Optus Retail Co. With 12 years of experience at Optus, the majority of which I dedicated to managing stores at different locations. I have developed a deep understanding of the retail industry and acquired extensive knowledge that helps support and foster the growth of my team beyond the front lines. Other than my professional endeavors, I am also actively involved in the local cricket community. As a Volunteer Committee member and player, I strongly advocate for the importance of community sports and actively promote the inclusion and growth of women in sports. I firmly believe that sports can play a pivotal role in fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment as well as providing a healthy outlet for relaxation and enjoyment. When not working or immersed in cricket, I treasure spending quality time with my family. We love embarking on camping adventures and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Australia.
