I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who balances being a clinician, educator, and researcher. In my current clinical work, I specialize in delivering evidence-based treatment across ages for a variety of mental health problems with a focus on treating anxiety disorders, health related anxiety, and effects of trauma/significant stressors. I work collaboratively with individuals and their families and approach each individual with compassion and focus. I also teach undergraduate level courses in psychology and am passionate about helping students find interest and excitement in the science of psychology.
