At Airservices Australia I am responsible for delivering a Portfolio of over $1b in infrastructure, people and environment transformation.At Box Hill Institute, I delivered enterprise-wide change, training, and communications for technology, people and process transformation. I also led over 160 employees to deliver excellent student experiences every day. At Laminex, I launched salesforce.com, enabling visibility, risk control, cultural change, and growth across 300 stakeholders; and led the transformation of an enterprise-wide digital and physical merchandising operations strategy.
