Responsible for Aon’s Mid Market business in Australia. I am an experienced business leader, having worked across a wide range of geographies and sectors of the financial services industry. I have a well-established track record of leadership across all elements of business, including end-to-end P&L accountability, sales, marketing, customer experience, data & analytics, operations, commercial optimisation and people performance. I have a passion for ensuring Australian business owners have access to the best risk and insurance advice and I enjoy the challenge of developing innovative solutions to deliver on that passion. I am a firm believer that a company's results are underpinned by its culture, so I focus on engaging teams and building a high performing climate in order to lead them, and in turn the business, to a higher level of sustainable performance. I enjoy making a difference to people, customers and communities, and believe the best business performance comes when you put those things first. My leadership style is authentic, purpose-led and values-based, and I enjoy leveraging that style to paint a clear and compelling vision of the future, and to motivate those around me to work together to bring the vision to life.
