I’m passionate about transforming ideas into impact, bringing over a decade of experience leading complex operations, finance, board governance, and organizational transformation within mission-driven organizations. I’m known as the person relied upon to take on new initiatives, solve complex problems, or create rapid growth where none existed before. I have consistently created and worked with diverse teams to drive meaningful and sustainable outcomes. I thrive on finding opportunities others may not see, aligning strategy with execution, and building solutions that foster collaboration and innovation while creating environments where both organizations and individuals can flourish. I have a Bachelor of Honours Commerce from McMaster University and earned my CPA, CA designation with KPMG in their Enterprise practice in Toronto, specializing in private equity, non-profits, and charities. My career spans a breadth of industries, including healthcare, social impact, travel, ventures, and sport, as well as organizations ranging in size from 10 to 500 employees, many experiencing significant growth. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on driving impact across diverse sectors and organizational structures. Outside of work, I am a dedicated volunteer and currently serve as Treasurer on the boards of the Columbia Valley Pride Society and the Alphabet Sports Collective. I also prioritize spending time outdoors in beautiful British Columbia, whether biking, hiking, skiing, or enjoying the natural beauty of the Columbia Valley. I value lifelong learning, mentoring others, and staying curious about new opportunities to drive meaningful change in my work and community.
