About Alison Thomas

Director based in London. My passion for storytelling has taken me across Asia, where I've had the privilege of directing a variety of films, commercials, mini-documentaries, web series and branded content across Asia, collaborating with notable brands along the way. These include renowned names such as Spartan Race, adidas, Samsung Galaxy, Sónar Music Festival, The Hong Kong Jockey Club, AIA, theDesk, Pierre Fabre, The University of Hong Kong, Mox Bank by Standard Chartered, DEFY, Clockenflap, Music Run, and many more. Drawing from my background and experiences in Asia, I returned to the UK in 2022 to further explore my path as a storyteller and filmmaker. My time in Asia has equipped me with a unique perspective, enabling me to infuse international influences into my work. With an ability to connect with global audiences, I have the experience to adapt to various creative environments around the world, infusing my projects with settings that represent and resonate with audiences universally. As a director, I have always been driven by curiosity and storytelling, firmly believing in our responsibility to reflect on today's world and society through stories and films.
