About Alison Tucker

I am a Rhode Island College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media Communications, and in the past 8 years I have developed extensive communications knowledge in media distribution as a Technical Director, as well as event management in my most recent role as an Event Producer and Social Media Manager. Since earning my degree, I have found that my creativity thrives in an environment where I am planning for live events and programming, as well as writing, filming, and video editing for social media content.I am experienced in several programs such as Photoshop, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Squarespace, Canva, and Microsoft Office programs. I have also become familiarized with equipment used to broadcast live news programming as well as live events.My previous employment experiences have taught me how to work with others as a team while working fully remote, and to work successfully towards one goal. In addition to working well independently, I have always found it easy to get along with others, and to always be the kind of person that can be helpful wherever necessary.My special skills consist of American Sign Language, physical fitness, I am very much a visual learner and can pick up things quickly.
