About Alison Underhill
I was called to the Bar in 1997. Initially I had a mixed practice of Criminal Law and Family Law cases. I developed a specialism in prosecuting Benefit Fraud cases for the DWP and local authorities and cases of animal cruelty for the RSPCA. In 2004 I decided that my passion lay with Family Law and since then this has been my sole area of practice.
