My expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of molecular biology techniques, including RBC lysis, DNA and RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), Gel Electrophoresis, Sanger Sequencing, and the preparation of NGS libraries. I am also proficient in setting up and running MiSeq and NextSeq systems.
