Within my first year and a half of manufacturing experience, I have developed a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and adherence to standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices. I am passionate about producing high-quality and precise medical components that meet customer specifications and expectations. I enjoy working in an environment where I can be continually challenged and leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the company's mission of providing innovative and customized solutions for the medical device industry. I value the opportunity to work in a collaborative and diverse team that supports each other and strives for excellence. In my current role as a Production Associate, I am responsible for performing a multitude of processes, such as cutting, forming, bending, coiling, soldering, welding, and cleaning of medical components. I use various tools and equipment, such as wire cutters, pliers, torches, microscopes, and ultrasonic cleaners, to ensure accuracy and quality of the products. I also follow the SOPs and GMPs to maintain a safe and clean work environment, and comply with the regulatory and quality standards. Some of the skills that I apply in my daily work are mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
