About Alisson Moura

I am a communication and interaction enthusiast. They reveal all the opportunities and threats. I have been working as a PMO manager for over 6 years with leadership, organizational culture and team building. My professional focus is to foster, identify and deliver value to the customer through active listening and expectations perception tactics. To achieve this is necessary: emotional control, adaptability and teamwork. After all, no one builds anything alone. My work is oriented towards strategic communication, training for value perception and financial governance - increasing revenue and optimizing costs. I have been working in Project Management for over 13 years in several industries: IT, pharmaceutical, mining and steel. I have held the Project Management Professional – PMP® certification since 2018 and the Scrum Master Professional Certificate – SMPC® since 2022.
